Stamina is a 4in1 product for athletes that endure long and strenuous workouts. Perfect for athletes that are training multiple times a day or that need a product to keep energy levels up during or after workouts. This product is formulated to help restore natural energy levels, prevent muscle breakdown, reduce lactic acid build up, improve focus and re-hydrate.

Why should I use Stamina?

  • Stamina’s energy blend contains 22g of 3 different carbohydrate sources that are designed for short, medium and long term release. Carbohydrates are processed by the body and used immediately as fuel. These 3 carbohydrate sources will help replenish glycogen levels, and glycogen is the fuel source athletes must restore during or following strenuous training. Aerobic performance is related to initial glycogen stores and once glycogen is depleted, the athlete will feel fatigued and performance will suffer.

  • Stamina’s amino acids blend contains:

6g BCAA: A powerful anti-catabolic agent that will help in preventing the body from losing its muscle mass, promote muscle protein synthesis, and stimulates the production of insulin which helps cells to use amino acids during blood circulation .

600mg Citrulline-Malate: Citrulline-Malate is a fatigue fighter. Excess citrulline increases the amount of arginine in the blood, leading to increased Nitric Oxide production. More Nitric Oxide means increased blood flow to muscles during exercise. Citrulline-Malate also helps in reducing muscle fatigue due to its ability in reducing lactic acid build up.

5g Glutamine: Glutamine represents 60% of the amino acids present in the body. Glutamine helps maintain muscle mass by its anti-catabolic effect, leads to a reduction in general muscle fatigue and optimizes the immune system. Glutamine also improves GABA production which is essential for the body to properly recover physically and mentally.

  • To complete this formula, we added electrolyte to replenish the loss of minerals during longer workouts.

When to consume and dosage?

There are several factors to consider when deciding when and how much to take, here are a few guidelines to help you get started:

Consume 5 to 7 days per week, stop for 2 weeks every 3 months.

  • 130 lbs and less / .5 serving during + .5 serving after
  • 130 lbs -165 lbs / .75 serving during + .75 serving after
  • 165 lbs and more / 1 serving during + 1 serving after
