SPARK: Yours to discover

Spark is a superior quality pre-workout formula specifically designed for Crossfit, High Intensity training and Endurance sports. Each scoop contains 26g of amino acids that will safely increase your energy levels, mental focus and endurance during intense training sessions .

Key Ingredients per scoop :

6g - L-Arginine

L-Arginine’s biggest benefit lies in its role as a precursor to nitric oxide. Nitric oxide functions as a vasodilator, essentially making it easier for blood (and all the oxygen and nutrients it carries) to flow freely through your body.

12g - BCAA

BCAA’s (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine) are 3 of the 21 amino acids that make up a complete protein and make up approximately 1/3 of muscle protein. BCAA’s are a powerful anti-catabolic agent, which means they prevent the body from losing its muscle mass. BCAA’s also stimulate the production of insulin which helps cells use amino acids during blood circulation for muscle protein synthesis.

3g - L-Tyrosine

Tyrosine is the building block for several important neurotransmitters, including epinephrine, norepinephrine, serotonin, and dopamine.Because L-tyrosine is a precursor of Dopamine, supplementing with L-tyrosine will help heighten mental alertness , and offset physical and mental fatigue.

2g - Beta-Alanine:

Beta-Alanine decreases muscle fatigue and increases the total work output of muscles. How? Beta-Alanine reduces lactic acid accumulation which translates into lifting more weights and running or riding a bike farther before you hit the wall.

Citruline-Malate is a fatigue fighter. Excess citruline increases the amount of arginine in the blood, leading to increased Nitric Oxide production. More Nitric Oxide, you may have heard, means increased blood flow to muscles during exercise. Citruline-Malate also helps in reducing muscle fatigue due to its ability in reducing lactic acid build up and ammonia.

Taurine is the amino acid of anxiety control and stress management.

Lysine HCL

Lysine HCL is an essential amino acid in human nutrition because the body cannot produce it; therefore, it must be taken in either by diet or supplementation. Lysine has been investigated for its effects on increasing muscle mass, lowering glucose and improving anxiety.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C is important for connective tissue repair. Vitamin C is also important to athletes because, as an antioxidant, it may help to reverse some of the oxidative damage that may occur from exercise.

Vitamin C B6

The family of B vitamins, which are also known as B complex vitamins, plays an important role in converting food into energy. Vitamin B6 has the ability to improve your metabolism. It helps your body break down proteins and as a result of this, your body can produce energy more quickly.
