APPLE PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
The arrival of autumn brings its burst of apple recipes. Here is a simple and delicious recipe of an apple protein smoothie that reminds you of the flavors of the season.
- 1 medium apple sliced
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein
- ¼ tsp of Cinnamon
- Almond Milk
Optional : if you want a more creamy texture, you can add plain Greek yogurt
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender. If the texture is not smooth enough, just add some more almond milk.
2. Pour in a glass. Top with cinnamon, if desired.
3. Serve and enjoy !
