Berries Smoothie Bowl

A HIGH-PROTEIN BREAKFAST: BERRIES SMOOTHIE BOWL :

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so we at Forging Heroes decided to help you start the morning off right with a good breakfast that will fill you with lasting energy until lunch time.

Ingredients : 

  • 1 cup of frozen berries ( strawberries, raspberries, blueberries )
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 1 cup of Soy Milk or Almond Milk
  • Ice 

Topping :
Shredded coconut, fresh blueberries, banana, Protein Granola, chia seeds

Preparation :

1. In a mixer, combine all the ingredients and process until smooth.

2. Transfer mixture in a bowl .

3.  Top with fruits, chia seeds and shredded coconut.
