Protein Popsicles

The summer season is upon us and the heat too. What's better than a healthy version of strawberry protein popsicles with a light taste and a creamy texture to go with a sunny afternoon ? To do and redo with your favorite fruits!


  • ½ cup of greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein
  • ½ cup of almond milk
  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries ( or any fruits of your choice)


1.Combine all the ingredients into a blender and mix until you obtain a smooth texture

2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 30 minutes before inserting the popsicle sticks.  

3. Freeze the popsicles for at least 4 hours.
