BCAA Popsicles

A refreshing and healthy BCAA snack idea for hot summer days. In addition to being delicious, this BCAA snack will help recovery by increasing protein synthesis, promote energy and prevent muscle breakdown while filling your sweet tooth cravings!


- Water

 - 1 to 2 scoops of your favorite BCAA flavor
 - Frozen fruits (Optional)
 - Popsicle Mold
 - 1 Shaker



1. Measure the amount of water needed by filling the popsicle mold with water.

2. Transfer the water into the shaker, add the desired amount of BCAA and mix.

3. Empty the mixture into the popsicle mold.

4. Add frozen fruit (If desired)

5. Put in the freezer for about 4 hours.

Tip: To unmold the popsicles easily, pass them under warm water for a few seconds.
