No Bake Energy Balls


Energy balls represent a healthy and fast option to consume good nutrients. They are perfect as a balanced snack because you choose what you put in them unlike the soft bars sold in stores.

Energy Balls

Ingredients : 

  • 1 Cup of old fashioned oats
  • ¾ Cup of  de dattes dénoyautées
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 2 Tbsp of Honey
  • ½ Cup of Chia seeds
  • ½ Cup of Peanut Butter
  • Vanilla extract
  • Water

Optional : shredded coconut

Preparation : 

1. Put all the ingredients in a blender. If the texture is slightly dry, stir with a spatula and add a little water.

2. When the texture is smooth, roll the mixture into small balls with your hands.
* Option : cover the balls with shredded coconut.

3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
