Protein Brownie Bites

This is a healthier brownie version with 4 ingredients only, without flour, refined sugar, butter or eggs. Making brownies has never been so easy. To be enjoyed for dessert or as a snack.

Ingredients :

  • 1 Cup of mashed bananas
  • ½ Cup of almond butter
  • ¼ Cup of cocoa powder
  • 2 scoop of Chocolate Whey Protein (or Cookie)

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare 12 muffins liners

2. In a high speed blender or mixing bowl, combine all your ingredients and blend until smooth.

3. Pour the mixture into the muffin liners

4. Bake for 15 minutes
