What's better than a good pancakes recipe on a Sunday morning? Eating pancakes does not have to rhyme with cheat meal and they aren't just for the weekend. Here is a healthy recipe that will satisfy your cravings.
- 1 cup of oatmeal
- 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
- 1 banana
- a handful of blueberries
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup of egg white
- 4 tsp of baking powder
- a pinch of cinnamon
1. Add all the ingredients except blueberries in a blender and mix until smooth.
2. Pour small amount of batter in a warm pan. Add the blueberries. When edges look dry and bubbles start to appear and pop on the top surfaces of the pancake, turn over.
3. Top with fruits, syrup, yogurt as desired !
