- 1 frozen banana
- ½ tbsp of raw almond butter
- ¼ tsp of cinnamon
- ¼ tsp of ground ginger
- ¼ tsp of ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp of maple syrup
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein
- Combine all the ingredients in the blender
- Pour the mix into a glass and top with cinnamon
