GINGERBREAD MAN PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

The holiday season begins quietly to settle.Perfect timing to enjoy a delicious gingerbread man protein smoothie. Ideal for a brunch or just to take in the magic of Christmas.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ tbsp of raw almond butter
  • ¼ tsp of cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp of ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp of ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp of maple syrup
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein

Preparation:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in the blender
  2. Pour the mix into a glass and top with cinnamon
